Training is a critical step we use to educate employees on safe practices in the workplace. Our training program includes:
- Fall arrest
- Lockout
- First aid
- Ammonia awareness
- Safe handling of refrigerants
- Proper operation of forklifts & aerial lifts
- Hot work education
- Hazard communication
- OSHA 10 and 30
We Take a proactive approach
- Prior to starting all jobs, a pre-start assessment is conducted to review the outlined work, understand regulations, and ensure equipment, planned practices, and site conditions are safe for our team to proceed.
- On the job site, we keep employees engaged through daily safety bulletins, toolbox talks and scheduled reviews.
- All team members are required to use proper safety equipment including glasses, fall arrest equipment, hearing protection, hard hats, respiratory protection, gloves, and lock-out-tag-out equipment.
- Our safety leadership regularly visits job sites to ensure safety procedures are being followed.
